Financing &
Payment Options

Buying a building should not mean jumping through hoops. Whether you want to start small with rent to own, need a little runway before you pay cash, or would rather go the traditional financing route, there is an option here that fits where you are right now.

No matter which path you pick, it ends the same way: your building, delivered right to your property. If you are not sure which one makes the most sense for you, call or text your nearest lot and we will help you figure it out.

1

Rent to own

Rent to own is the simplest path to owning your building. No credit check, no long application, and no waiting on a bank. Make a small initial payment, pick out your building, and it gets delivered right to your property.

Think of it the way you think about a storage unit. The monthly payment lands in the same neighborhood, except at the end of a storage rental you have nothing, and at the end of a rent to own agreement the building is yours free and clear.

There is no penalty for paying it off early, and no obligation to keep going if your situation changes. Return the building and the agreement ends. That is the whole point: flexibility for folks who want their own space without jumping through hoops to get it.

90 Days Same As cash

Already planning to pay cash but need a little runway? Take up to 90 days to pay the balance in full and you pay the cash price, with no finance charge added on.

This is the move if you are waiting on a tax refund, a bonus, a crop check, or a project payout. Your building gets delivered now instead of sitting on the lot for three months, and your money stays where it is until you are ready.

Financing

For those who want to go the traditional financing route, we partner with HFS Financial, a lender network that specializes in home improvement projects. It is a good fit if you want a set monthly payment stretched over a longer term than rent to own.

Applying takes just a few minutes, and checking your options does not commit you to anything. Rates and terms come from the lender, not from us, so review everything with HFS directly.
